Regional Legislative Decree No. 19/2017/M amending the legal regime for exploitation and functioning of touristic infrastructure.

This Regional Legislative Decree amends and republishes the legal regime for exploitation and functioning of touristic infrastructure. Amendments deal with the establishment of a new regime for the procedure relating to the installation for tourism development and new typologies of tourism enterprises. With regard to the procedure for the use of the tourism enterprise, a tacit mechanism was created, based on the regular submission of the application for authorization of tourism purposes. In the classification process, the possibility of requirements for the category being dispensed was enshrined. The fees due for conducting mandatory classification audits were eliminated, as well as the Declaration of Interest for Tourism.
