Regulatory Decree No. 23/2002 approving the Water Management Plan of the Lis River Basin.

This Decree regulates the water management and use of the Lis River Basin. The plan is composed by 6 parts specifying all the activities to be performed in the aforementioned area, such as: water captation for agricultural, domestic and other purposes; water pollution control in order to preserve the water quality for human consumption, etc. The aim of this Decree is to guarantee at short-term for a maximum of eight years.
