Act to amend 27 PNC 167 to require approval of the Olbiil Era Kelulau for foreign fishing agreements.

Comma "b" of paragraph 167, Chapter 1, Division 1 (Foreign Fishing) of the PNC reads now as follows: "Fishing permits will only be issued in accordance with a foreign fishing agreement approval by joint resolution of Olbiil Era Kelula; provided that permits issued for non-commercial fishing in accordance with Section 1/1 of this title need not to be pursuant to a foreign fishing agreement".
