Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 3 articles, amends the original text by (i) replacing the terms "Minister of Transport" and "Ministry of Transport" with "Minister of Transport and Communications" and "Ministry of Transport and Communications" wherever they occur; and (ii) revising Article 1 regarding the composition of the National Port Security Committee.
