Abstract
This Law consisting of 8 articles aims at promulgating the Pesticides Act of the GCC in Qatar. It states that the competent Authority for Qatar is the Administrative Unit competent for Pesticide Affairs at the Ministry of Environment. Article 4 specifies penalties for pesticides damaged or adulterated or pesticides whose importation is prohibited.

All competent authorities, each within their jurisdiction, shall enforce this Law which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
