Prime Minister Resolution No. 14 of 2013 to establish and form the High Committee to encourage the private sector to participate in food security projects.

This Resolution consisting of 6 articles aims at establishing a High Committee, headed by the Prime Minister and other Ministers with the main task of adopting (i) the proposed mechanisms for encouraging the private sector to participate in development of food security projects proposed by the technical Committee; (ii) the actions and initiatives proposed by the technical Committee; (iii) the proposed executive programs of the technical Committee; and (iv) follow up the implementation of the proposals and solutions developed by the technical Committee. The Committee may establish subcommittees to study any of the subjects related to its competences.
