Resolution No. 21 of 1995 establishing the Permanent Committee for Farms and Wells.

This Resolution aims at the establishment of the Permanent Committee for Farms and Wells in order to regulate farmer affairs. It is composed of 9 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the aforementioned Committee. Article 2 specifies the competencies and duties of the Committee. Articles 3 to 7 deal with the management and internal organization of the Committee. Article 8 entrusts the Ministry of Municipalities and Agriculture to issue resolutions necessary for the implementation of this Resolution.
