Abstract
This Decision of the National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (ANPA) concerns requests to be filed with ANPA regarding conclusion of an agreement for the lease lands covered by the water body for the purpose of carrying out aquaculture activities. The Decision set out the requirements for such registration of agreements.
