Decision No.1.176 of 2005 on Organization and Functioning of the "Apele Române" National Administration.

This Decision approves the Statute of the "Apele Romane” ("national Waters of Romania") as a public institution of a national interest and a legal entity under the coordination of the Ministry of Waters, Forests and Fishery. This agency shall apply the strategy and policy in qualitative and quantitative water resource management and monitor the compliance of water legislation. The Decision concerns duties and powers of the agency, administration and administrative matters, interal organization, etc.
