Abstract
This Emergency Ordinance aims to improve the organization and functioning of the grain market by establishing regulatory measures for the grain chain and processed grain products. The regulatory measures concern the fields of activity of agricultural production, storage, processing and trade in grains and processed grain products and are mandatory for all agricultural producers, warehousers, processors, traders. Agricultural producers of cereals must keep the production intended for commercialization only in the premises of the authorized storage facilities under the conditions provided by this Emergency Ordinance. The sale of cereals by agricultural producers, natural or legal persons, on the domestic market or for export, is carried out on the basis of sales contracts, the model of which is approved by order of the minister agriculture and rural development. All economic operators with activity millers have the obligation to have flow scales both at the input of raw materials and at the output of finished products.
