Abstract
commercialization, processing and use of mushrooms from the wild flora to be used as food, as well as their purchase. The commercialization, processing, as well as the use in food of mushrooms from wild flora are allowed only after they have been controlled and established as edible by a specialized inspector in the field of public health and epidemics, who issues a certificate of quality. The assessment of the quality of mushrooms from wild flora, collected for the purpose of drying, is done in the fresh state. Sorting and packaging of dried mushrooms can only be done under the supervision of specialized inspectors. Mushrooms can be sold: (a) in wholesale markets, the markets and halls designated for this purpose by the local authorities; (b) in those commercial units whose operating authorization includes the sale of mushrooms; and (c) in other places designated in this purpose by the local authorities. Mushrooms will be sold by species and only separately from other goods or products. Fresh mushrooms from wild flora are sold only in bulk, and dried ones only packaged. In the case of sale of certain species of mushrooms, which are conditionally edible, the respective stock will have to visibly bear the inscription regarding the conditions of consumption.
