Law No. 359 “On the simplification of formalities for the registration in the trade register of natural persons, family associations and legal entities, their fiscal registration, as well as the authorization of the operation of legal entities.”

In order to simplify administrative procedures and promote the quality of services, this procedure is established for registration in the trade register and for fiscal registration of natural persons, family associations and legal entities or for authorization of the operation of legal entities that, according to this Law, have the obligation to apply for registration in the trade register. Commercial companies, national companies and entities, economic interest groups, autonomous associations and cooperative organizations, as well as the branches established by them, have the obligation, after the registration in the trade register and the tax registration, to apply for authorization to operate. The registration of natural persons and family associations in the trade register and their tax registration are done on the basis of the authorization issued by the competent local government. The authorization of the operation of the applicants is done by completing the procedures provided by this Law and the special normative acts that regulate the issuance of each authorization. The request for registration in the trade register is made by the founders, administrators or their representatives, as well as by any interested person, under the terms of the law, by drawing up the registration application. Upon registration, applicants are issued the registration certificate containing the order number in the trade register and the unique registration code assigned by the Ministry of Public Finance, as well as other documents provided by this Law.
