Order approving the composition, organization and functioning of the Advisory Committee for the Fisheries Sector.

This Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which refers to article 11 of the Emergency Ordinance on fisheries and aquaculture of 2008 (as amended) and provisions of legislation concerning fisheries administration, provides with respect to the composition, organization, duties and functioning of the Advisory Committee on Fisheries. The Committee shall, among other things, a) organize and continuously exchange ideas and actions regarding development of the fisheries sector; b) propose solutions to improve the activity of the fisheries sector through the efficient use of material and human resources; c) contribute to the development of partnerships with the economic and social environment business; d) support the participation of the fisheries sector in scientific research projects and social projects; e) make proposals for establishing the strategy of the fisheries sector.
