Abstract
This Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which refers to articles 8 and 16 of the Emergency Ordinance on fisheries and aquaculture of 2008 (as amended) and provisions of legislation concerning fisheries administration, provides with respect to authorization by the National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (ANPA) of the fishing of specified species of sturgeons for the purpose of their use for the purpose of artificial breeding for the production of juveniles for aquaculture, for the population of supporting natural fish basins and for scientific purposes. The ANPA establishes and approves the number of vessels and the number of participating fishermen, taking into account the number of sturgeons recommended to be caught annually by the CITES authority.
