Abstract
This Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which refers to article 11 of the Emergency Ordinance on fisheries and aquaculture of 2008, approves rules relating to capture fisheries in natural habitats (as defined by the Ordinance). Those rules concern, among other things, fishing seasons, fishing authorization (access to fisheries) by National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (ANPA), use of gear, etc. Specific provisions apply to commercial fishing and fishing in the waters of the Black Sea. A fishing authorization may indicate the port at which the catch must be landed. in general, catch taken from commercial fishing in natural habitats, with the exception of protected natural areas, shall be discharged at the ports/landing points or authorized first-aid centers as appropriate. The Order concerns the functioning of ports/places of landing.
