Abstract
This Order makes various amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on access to living aquatic resources in the public domain of the state for the purpose of recreational fishing in natural habitats with the exception of the Danube Delta Reserve. The amendments concern, among other things, access to fishing that has not been contracted by fishermen associations, contracts between the National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (ANPA) and associations of recreational fishermen, applications for permits by single fishermen, annual reporting by fishermen on catches, application procedures and criteria for associations to obtain a contract, the obligation of associations to restore living aquatic resources from the habitats and data collection obligations of associations.
