This Order officially approves the Regulation on the organization of quality and phytosanitary control on the import and export of seeds and planting material, that is part of this publication (see the Annex for full text).
These rules are aimed to control the effective quality and phytosanitary state of planting material taken under exam, in order to obtain the necessary authorization and certification in accordance with related national laws, for the scopes of their safe and controlled import and export.
