Abstract
This Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, made under article 12 of the Emergency Ordinance on fisheries and aquaculture of 2008 (as amended), places restrictions on commercial and recreational fishing in specified inland waters and marine areas in waters under the jurisdiction of Romania and at the border with Bulgaria and Ukraine in 2019. The restrictions concern seasons, size, specific areas and species. Certain exemptions are granted.
