Abstract
This Order amends and adds several provisions and technical issues part of the Order 769 form 21 December 2009 approving the methodology for registration of economic operators and issuing the authorization for the production, processing and/or marketing of seeds and planting material (Official Gazette of Romania 917/2009).
Changes are related to the terms and rules for the operation of National Seed Quality Inspection within the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; and various modifications to the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is part of this publication.
