Abstract
This Order here officially establishes and approves the correct methodology to be followed and respected when handling the necessary registration of economic operators in seed business, and for issuance of authorizations for production, processing and/or marketing of seeds and planting material.
National seed quality inspection is in charge of such tasks on the territory of Romania.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing full guidelines of the above mentioned methodology, and related administrative forms).
