Abstract
This Order sets the: official charges/tariffs for testing and control, certification of seed crops and planting material, registration, supervision, monitoring and accreditation of indicated economic operators in plant production sector on the territory of Romania (engaged in activities such as the production, processing and/or marketing of seeds and planting material); as well as the prices for quality tests and other services related to the certification of seeds and planting material (to be executed by the staff of the territorial Inspectorates and by the Central Laboratory for seed quality and planting material).
