Decision establishing the Budget fund for emergency situations.

This Decision, as is accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on emergency situations, establishes the national Budget fund for emergency situations. This Fund is established to provide additional funds aimed for financing the preparation, implementation and development of programmes, projects and other activities in the field of risk reduction, management and response to emergencies. The Fund is established for an indefinite period of time, and it shall be managed by the Minister of the Interior. Beneficiaries of the Fund are: 1) state bodies and organizations, bodies of autonomous province and bodies of local self-government units; 2) companies, other legal entities and entrepreneurs; 3) citizens, groups of citizens, associations, professional and other organizations.
