Decree amending the Decree on an extraordinary intervention measure to support manufacturers of confectionery products for the purchase of powdered milk.

This Decree amends certain provisions part of the Decree on an extraordinary intervention measure to support manufacturers of confectionery products for the purchase of powdered milk (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 21/2023). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (for the performance of production activities-double baked bread, biscuits, permanent pastries and cakes, activity code 10.72, respectively); also Form 1 - Request for approval of the right to support for manufacturers of confectionery products for the purchase of milk powder is here replaced with a new one.
