Abstract
This Decree establishes an extraordinary intervention measure aimed to support manufacturers of confectionery products as regards the purchase of milk powder. This text also sets the method of implementation of such measures, as well as necessary financial provisions. This particular extraordinary intervention measure is determined for the purpose of efficient and timely prevention, i.e. elimination of market disturbances caused by events and circumstances that have led to, or threaten to lead to, market disturbances. The procedure for approving the right to support shall be initiated by submitting a request for approving the right to support based on a public call issued by the ministry responsible for agricultural affairs (Administration for Agrarian Payments). Article 14 sets related offences and penalties.
