Decree determining the value of mined mineral raw materials or other geological resources without required approvals.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on mining and geological research, determines the value of excavated mineral raw materials or other geological resources when geological research and/or exploitation of mineral raw materials or other geological resources is carried out without the necessary approvals, and also when illegal geological research and/or exploitation are carried out. The value of mined mineral raw materials or other geological resources is determined based on the market value of specific mined mineral raw materials or other geological resources for a period of two years. The dinar value of mined mineral raw material per ton of mined mineral raw material shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of this text namely for: 1) non-metallic mineral raw materials (technical and construction stone - sedimentary and metamorphic rocks, technical-building stone - igneous rocks, architectural-building stone, clays and raw materials for the brick and ceramic industry, raw materials for the cement industry and the lime industry, calcium carbonate raw material as a filler for the paint and varnish industry, facade and thermal insulation materials and in other industries, quartz sand and sandstone, building sand and gravel, raw materials for refractory and other industries, mineral raw materials of undetermined quality - or uncategorized raw materials); and 2) metallic mineral raw materials.
