Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, prescribes for the budget year 2023 the volume of funds, types and maximum amounts per type of incentives in agriculture and rural development, also in accordance with Law on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for the year 2023. These funds shall be allocated for the following programme activities/projects: 1) direct payments; 2) rural development measures; 3) credit support in agriculture; 4) special incentives; 5) IPARD incentives.
The Annex is also part of this publication (fund distribution and indication list).
