Abstract
This Law provides for the complete classification and definition of types of incentives for agriculture and rural development on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, their use and scope, technical and administrative limits and obligations, registration and data collection requirements, as well as the conditions for exercising the right to obtain incentives in the agriculture and rural development sector.
The Law is divided into 8 Chapters and 55 articles, including all offences and related penalties.
