Decree on the distribution of incentives in agriculture and rural development in 2025.

This Decree, as regards the budget for year 2025, prescribes the volume of funds, types and maximum amounts per type of incentives in agriculture and rural development. The funds subject of this Decree shall be allocated to the following programme activities/projects: 1) direct payments; 2) rural development measures; 3) credit support in agriculture; 4) special incentives; 5) IPARD incentives. The IPARD incentives referred to in article 16 shall be paid in the maximum amount prescribed by the Sectoral Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the European Commission and special regulations. Table of allocation of funds for the implementation of incentives is given in the Annex of this text.
