Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, determines the amount of funds, types and maximum amounts per each type of incentive in agriculture and rural development for the year 2022. These funds shall be allocated for following programmed activities/projects: 1) direct payments; 2) rural development measures; 3) credit support in agriculture; 4) special incentives; 5) IPARD incentives. Articles 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are providing for lists of incentive types, divided into different sectors, among related indicated amounts that are granted.
