Abstract
This Decree regulates an extraordinary intervention measure that is aimed to support legal entities and entrepreneurs who store raspberries and cherries in the year 2022 for the purpose of settling obligations towards producers, the method of its implementation, as well as the financial means for its implementation. As an extraordinary intervention measure-support is established for a legal entity and entrepreneur registered in the Agency for Economic Registers, which stored raspberries and cherries during the year 2022 in a cold storage facility registered in the Central Register of Facilities in accordance with the law governing food safety.
