Abstract
This Regulation shall prescribe the List of non-hazardous waste, for which permits are not issued, with the information accompanying its transboundary movement.
Non-hazardous waste whose import, export and transit does not require a permit are listed in List IIB, which is printed as Annex 1 of this Regulation and makes its integral part.
