Decree on mandatory funds and equipment for personal, mutual and collective protection against natural and other disasters.

This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on emergency situations, regulates the type and minimum resources for equipment used for the implementation of personal, mutual and collective protection against natural disasters, technical and technological accidents or incidents and catastrophes, consequences of terrorism, war and other major accidents. These provisions are meant for all participants in actions and procedures for protection against natural and other disasters. This text indicates detailed issues ad regards the necessary resources and related equipment held and used for aims of protection and rescue of life and health of people, material goods and environment, or to mitigate the effects of certain phenomena or dangers which pose certain threat to human life and health in general.
