Decree on monitoring the quality of oil derivatives and biofuels.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on energy, establishes the conditions, method and procedure for monitoring the quality of oil derivatives and biofuels. This text refers to petroleum derivatives and biofuels that are placed on the market or delivered to the market of the Republic of Serbia or that are used for own needs on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. This text does not apply to oil derivatives that are purchased for the formation of mandatory and commodity reserves. The person conducting quality monitoring must be accredited according to the requirements of the SRPS ISO/IEC 17020 type A standard, for taking samples according to the requirements of the SRPS EN 14275, SRPS EN ISO 3170, SRPS EN ISO 3171 and SRPS EN ISO 4257 standards. The person who conducts quality monitoring must have a laboratory accredited in accordance with the requirements of the SRPS ISO/IEC 17025 standard and/or have concluded a contract on business and technical cooperation with at least one laboratory accredited in accordance with the requirements of the SRPS ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
