Decree on the types of data, authorities and organizations and other natural and legal persons that submit data for the preparation of the national greenhouse gas inventory.

This Decree determines the authorities and organizations responsible for maintaining and managing of the information systems and databases containing data required for the preparation of the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory (GHG Inventory).
This text further defines the type of data required for the preparation of the GHG Inventory and establishes the obligation of other legal or natural persons that carry out related activities necessary for the submission of data required for the preparation of such GHG Inventory, which are not available to the authorities and organizations responsible for maintaining or managing information systems and databases containing data required for the preparation of the GHG Inventory. The Environmental Protection Agency shall use the data specified in this text for the preparation of the GHG Inventory. The energy data required for the preparation of the GHG Inventory are data from the international annual questionnaires (Five Joint Annual Questionnaires) used for reporting to EUROSTAT and annual energy balances published on the website of the Republic Statistical Office. The transport data required for the preparation of the GHG Inventory is listed in article 4. Industry related data is listed in article 5. Article 7 lists the agricultural related data to be considered.
