Abstract
This Regulation here determines the methodology of data collection for the National Inventory of Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
Data collection for the Inventory is done for the purpose of systematic recording and submission of data necessary for reporting on anthropogenic emissions from sources and on the removal of such greenhouse gases. The data collected in the Inventory refers to direct and indirect greenhouse gases.
Inventory is a sector-organized database that contains in particular: collected data on activities required for reporting on all anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions from sources, as well as removal of these gases by sinks; applied emission factors; calculation of greenhouse gas emission and of removal values; additional information and assumptions used for necessary calculations; reports on the inventory of greenhouse gases.
The data collected for the Inventory is classified into six categories of sources and sinks of greenhouse gases: energy; industrial processes; application of solvents; land use and changes in land use and forestry; agriculture; waste management.
