Abstract
This Law amends various provisions prescribed by the Air protection Law (Official Gazette 36/2009).
Major changes are related to the general terms, denominations and definitions; limit values for emissions of air pollutants; concrete dealing with substances that deplete the ozone layer, as well as equipment and devices containing such substances; funds for finance the protection and improvement of the quality of air; National program for gradual decrease of annual maximum emissions of pollutants; and other.
