Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 10/2013 and already amended in Gazettes 142/2014, 103/2015, 101/2016, 35/2023 and 92/2023). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 14 (types of direct payments, added issues regarding certified fertilizers), 31 (regressed incentive specification-list) and article 38 (organic production incentives). Also in articles 5 and 6 of this amending Law, specific rules on types of incentives were modified and redefined (rules for eligible users and types of activities).
