Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions prescribed by the articles provided by the Law on Environmental impact assessment (Official Gazette 135/2004, 36/2009, 36/2009, 72/2009 and 43/2011).
Important changes are related to the general terms, denominations and definitions; project assessment responsibilities; administrative issues and terms; and offences and penalties.
