Abstract
This Law amends some provisions provided by the Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development (Official Gazette 10/2013 and 142/2014).
Important changes are related to the general terms, denominations and definitions; provisions defining the specific incentives for crop production; financial issues such as incentives; and provisions defining the duties and powers of autonomous provinces and local governments.
