Law amending the Law on plant health.

This Law here amends, adds and cancels several provisions part of Law on plant health, that was adopted by the National Parliament of the Republic of Serbia on 29 May 2009 and published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 41/09.
Main changes are listed as follows: in article 4 containing general definitions; rights of plant holders from article 9; entities subject to registration (article 11); registration procedures from article 12, including the cancellation issues laid down in article 15 of the original text; plant passport and other phytosanitary issues; several inspection provisions.
