Abstract
This Law changes various provisions of articles 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 19, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 35, 37, 39, 41, 48 and 52 of the Law on protection of plant breeders' rights (Official Gazette 41/09).
Major changes are related to the general definitions, legal and administrative responsibilities, breeders’ rights and provisions related to their duties, licence and permit terms and conditions, certain technical provisions.
