Abstract
This Law defines and regulates the impact assessment procedure for projects that may have significant impacts on the environment, the contents of the impact assessment study on the environment, participation of authorities, public and organizations, provisions regarding the cross-border projects that can have significant impacts on the environment of another state, supervision and other issues of importance to Environmental impact assessment on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The Law is divided into V Chapters and 47 articles, including the offences and penalties.
