Abstract
This Law hereby officially regulates the financing agreement on agricultural production and the registration of these agreements, planning of the future agricultural products, and many other issues of importance for the financing and providing of the financial support for the agricultural production on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 35 articles, including specific financial obligations and additional administrative terms.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", and it will apply on 1 June 2015.
