Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on the financing and providing of financing for agricultural production, prescribes the documents that are attached to the application for registration of data in the Register of contracts on agricultural production financing, as well as other relevant data and documents also contained in this particular national Register.
Application for registration of data in the Register, is an application initiating the procedure of registration of data from the existing contract on financing of agricultural production, including different actions of data change, cancellation and other possible issues regarding this type of data collection.
