Abstract
This Law regulates the production, geographical indication, quality, description, presentation, labelling and marketing of spirit drinks, as well as other issues (such as inspection, processing and storage) of importance for strong alcohol drinks/spirits on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The Law is divided into IX Chapters and 58 articles, including offences and related penalties.
