This Law sets terms and conditions for: production and distribution of ingredients for brandy and other alcoholic drinks; production and distribution of final products; markings and labelling of brandy and other spirits; quality control; declarations and other important questions regarding brandy and other spirits.
Brandy and other alcoholic drinks must satisfy the specifications and quality demands, packaging and labelling standards that are provided by this Law.
