National plan to reduce emissions of major pollutants from old large combustion plants.

This document is a Serbian National Plan for the reduction of emissions of major pollutants originating from old large combustion plants. These terms are here provided in order to reduce the emissions of pollutants into the air from large combustion plants with a total input installed thermal power equal to 50 MW or who have a use-permit issued before 1 July 1992.
The National Plan for the Reduction of Emissions of Major Pollutants from Old Large Combustion Plants has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Guide created by Contracting Parties of the Energy Community. Also the terms of the Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions; Directive 2001/80/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2001 on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from large combustion plants are taken into consideration.
The Annex is also part of this publication (Annex 1-List of combustion plants included in the National Plan for the Reduction of Emissions of Major Pollutants from Old Large Combustion Plants and a list of indicative expected measures for compliance with emission limit values; Annex 2-Contributions of plants to maximum emissions of sulfur dioxide (SO2); Annex 3-Contribution of the installation to maximum nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions; Annex 4-Contribution of the plant to maximum emissions of particulate matter; and Annex 5-Maximum emissions defined by the National Plan for the Reduction of Emissions of Major Pollutants from Old Large Combustion Plants).
