National strategy for protection and rescue in emergency situations.

This publication contains the Serbian National strategy for protection and rescue in emergency situations. The national strategy defines its vision as follows: a developed, comprehensive, efficient and effective risk reduction system for reduction of consequences of natural and other disasters through integrated management of emergency situations in the Republic of Serbia, which shall further contribute at increasing overall security and sustainable development in the region. The mission is: creating conditions for building a disaster-resistant society through development of integrated and efficient protection and rescue system in the Republic of Serbia until 2016.
