Abstract
This Order here declares the natural disaster caused by windbreaks and windstorms in July 2023, on large areas of forests and forest land on the territory of Autonomous Province Vojvodina, Mačvan district, the city of Belgrade and the Danube district. In order to protect and rehabilitate forests damaged by the effects of natural disasters, the following measures shall be taken: 1) the owners and users of forests damaged by the effect of a natural disasters are obliged to adopt rehabilitation plans immediately after the date of entry into force of this text, and no later than 22 October 2023; 2) forest owners and users are ordered to rehabilitate the areas damaged by the natural disaster in accordance with the law and related adopted remediation plans.
