Order on the implementation of special phytosanitary examinations for the detection of the harmful organism of the tomato brown rumose fruit virus (ToBRFV), as well as on the measures taken to prevent the introduction, spread and control of that harmful organism.

This Order, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant health, determines that: it is prohibited to introduce into the Republic of Serbia the harmful organism of the virus of brown wrinkle of the tomato fruit - Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV), for the aims of preventing the spread of the same on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Plants for planting, within the meaning of this Order, are plants for planting of the species Solanum lycopersicum L. and Capsicum annuum L. including seeds. When entering the Republic of Serbia, all consignments of the mentioned plants for planting are subject to a special phytosanitary inspection and must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate.
